Richard comes to Prevail with nine years of experience in the US Navy as a pilot, where he flew the F/A 18 Hornet. He was also an operational test pilot, where he oversaw the test and evaluation of several key weapons systems and gained extensive experience in business operations and product development. Richard co-founded Prevail Health solutions while completing the MBA program at the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.
